Hi, I’m Rachel jones

I am a mission-driven leader with 10+ years of experience driving organizational growth and program innovation across NGOs, social enterprises, and higher education. Proven track record building high-performing multicultural teams, designing human-centered programs, and leading strategic initiatives. Expertise in organizational development, curriculum design, and scaling impact-driven solutions.

My work spans continents and causes—from co-designing healing programs for survivors of human trafficking in the Philippines to launching innovation challenges in East Africa, to building academic programs in Appalachia. Whether mentoring multicultural teams, teaching social design, or leading international strategic planning, I bridge compassion with complexity to drive systems change.

Currently, I serve as the Design Director at Spark Microgrants, where I lead a diverse team spanning four countries, focusing on inclusive, community-led development. I'm passionate about mentoring emerging leaders, building regenerative programs, and embedding feedback, iteration, and care into organizational culture.
