The Ecotone Framework

Where people, place, and possibility meet.

An ecotone is the place where two ecosystems meet.

Forest and meadow.

River and woodland.

Prairie and wetland.

These are places of extraordinary diversity and resilience. Places where new relationships emerge, where life adapts, and where transformation unfolds.

I believe our lives have ecotones too.

Moments between what has been and what is becoming.

Moments when certainty dissolves, identity shifts, and new possibilities quietly begin to take root.

My work exists in these spaces.

Whether through coaching, writing, workshops, herbal medicine, or stewarding a care farm, I create experiences that help people navigate life's thresholds with curiosity, creativity, and intention.

Each offering is different.

Each begins in the same place.

Creating the conditions for flourishing.

Flourishing is relational.

We often think of growth as something that happens within us.

I believe flourishing is something we cultivate between us.

Between people.

Communities.

Land.

Ideas.

Seasons.

Work.

Spirit.

The health of one influences the health of another.

When we restore relationship, we restore possibility.

Everything I create is rooted in this understanding.

Coaching

A three-month coaching experience for people navigating life's transitions and longing for greater alignment, purpose, and connection.

Life is full of ecotones—the places where one season ends and another begins. In nature, an ecotone is the fertile edge where two ecosystems meet. These spaces are rich with diversity, resilience, and new life.

Our lives have ecotones, too.

A career that no longer fits. A season of burnout. A relationship that has changed. A growing sense that the life you've built no longer reflects who you are becoming.

These moments can feel uncertain, but they also hold tremendous potential. Rather than rushing through them, my coaching invites you to slow down, listen deeply, and intentionally design what comes next.

Using the Ecotone Method—a framework integrating life design, eco-spirituality, and embodied practice—we'll cultivate the conditions for meaningful, sustainable transformation.

This isn't about becoming someone new.

It's about returning to yourself.

Convergences

Life Design

Your life is not a problem to solve; it's something you can intentionally design.

Drawing from human-centered design and systems thinking, we'll explore where you are, clarify what matters most, challenge inherited assumptions, and experiment with new possibilities. Instead of searching for a perfect answer, we'll develop a life that feels authentic, sustainable, and aligned with your values.

Eco-Spirituality

Nature reminds us that growth follows seasons, ecosystems thrive through relationship, and nothing blooms all year.

Together we'll draw wisdom from the natural world to deepen your sense of belonging, reconnect with your values, and cultivate a way of living rooted in reciprocity, presence, and purpose. Nature becomes more than a backdrop—it becomes a guide for how you move through change.

Embodied Practice

Transformation isn't only cognitive—it is lived.

Insight becomes lasting change when it is supported by the body.

Throughout our work together, we'll integrate reflective and embodied practices that help you slow down, regulate your nervous system, reconnect with your intuition, and build rhythms that support the life you're creating. These may include mindfulness, journaling, movement, sensory awareness, ritual, breathwork, and nature-based practices.
